Grading System

There will be an examination at the end of each semester. Evaluation for each course is done as given below:

60%

Written Examination
20%

Written Assignments
20%

Internal Assessment

The following is the key to the grading system

First Class

A + (80% above)

A (75 – 79)

A- (70 – 74%)
Second Class

B + (65 – 69%)

B (60 – 64%)

B- (55 – 59%)
Third Class

C+ (50 – 54%)

C (45 – 49%)

C- (40 – 44%)

Failure: 39% and below

N.B: A minimum to get a pass is 40% in aggregate of each paper (8+8+24= 40)

CHAPEL SERVICE

Effective worship is conducted during contact classes. It is an occasion of stimulant to the learners. Prearranged candidates may conduct the chapel service; failure in fulfilling their charge may cause to reduction of the internal assessment mark. All the learners and faculty will be there in chapel service.
